The Virginia Tech Hokies are in Orlando, FL preparing to face the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in the Russell Athletic Bowl on Friday. As participants of the bowl games, players receive several gifts from the company sponsoring the game. Antone Exum, a cornerback for the Hokies, was using one of his gifts, spending his gift card at Best Buy when he noticed a couple kids walking in the store and he decided to surprise them with a shopping spree. This is just a great act of selflessness by Exum. After working so hard during the football season to get this point [a bowl game], one would definitely expect a player to not have to think twice about spending their rewards on themselves, but Exum thought otherwise. He tweeted out a picture from his twitter account.
