On Saturday, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver and return specialist DeSean Jackson hosted a Health Fair and Community Day event. Jackson along with his foundation (The DeSean Jackson Foundation For Pancreatic Cancer) held this event at a local church in Philadelphia. Jackson and his family established this foundation in memory of his father who passed away after a battle with pancreatic cancer. There were a full slate of activities.
